Your mission:
In this role, you will support the Key Account Manager by maintaining
-
- date operational tools, enabling fast and
- driven
- making. You will also play a key role in handling

- day customer requests and ensuring smooth execution across internal and external stakeholders.
Responsibilities
Your day to day with us:
- Develop and implement
- specific strategic and tactical plans, including SWOT analysis and key priorities for range, pricing, promotion, and distribution. - Own full P&L accountability for key accounts, ensuring delivery of volume and profit targets by brand and by customer.
- Manage and grow relationships with important Pepsi
Co customers through regular meetings, business reviews, and proactive issue resolution. - Act as the main point of contact for internal
- functional teams (Marketing, Trade, Supply Chain, Field, Finance) to align and activate account strategies. - Lead budget planning and control for assigned accounts, ensuring efficiency and profitability across all activities.

- class execution at point of sale through weekly store visits and performance tracking against plan. - Maintain accurate and

- date account documentation, including forecasts, store databases, and promotional files. - Contribute to
- term business development by supporting multiple initiatives.
Qualifications
What will you need to succeed?
- 2–3 years of experience in sales, field operations, or account management; experience in Cash & Carry and/or Organized Trade/Modern Trade is a strong plus.
- Fluency in Portuguese and English is required.
- Strong command of MS Office, especially Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and Power
Point. - Commercial mindset with solid analytical, negotiation, and
- building skills. - Proactive,
- oriented, and eager to take on new challenges in a dynamic environment.
