We are hiring a Junior Maintenance Technician.

The Maintenance team manages beautifully designed and highly regarded spaces. This location is an intimate residence providing personalized experiences to guests, with our team acting as hosts in an unconventional room management approach.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Preventive and corrective maintenance of HVAC equipment;
• Electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical repairs;
• Minor plumbing and painting services;
• Logging occurrences and reporting to supervisors.

Schedule:

• Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Profil
