Junior market research consultant
Job Description
- The main expected mission is about: running the project smoothly, from the questionnaire, quotas, material updates to the fieldwork
- ups, data weightings decisions, report template update, coordination with report automation team for performing updates, running report automation, analysing reports. - Coordinating the involvement of the internal teams (Project Management, Marketing Science, IT Development. . . )
- Being a daily contact point with the client.
- Lead client daily communications and meetings on the ongoing projects, while always considering:
- Both our industry and our market research leading expertise.
- Both the client best interest and our company needs (e. g. , timeline constraints vs. teams’ capabilities, seniority level expected vs. profile for operating the support, …).
- Both constructive and caring tonality.
- Have ownership and work in autonomy following the
- lead guidelines across each step of the project. - Internal organization & planning: converting project milestones into effective timings for each internal team involved (marketing science, automation IT development, project management, data processing, scripting, …).
- Client expectations & new queries: processing and/or structuring client feedback and challenges (from shifting report delivery dates to providing dedicated focus or analysis on a hot topic, for instance) regarding the project scope content, our expertise, and sales opportunities.
- Project execution & quality excellence: working with junior executives & leveling them up along the project missions (questionnaire design & updates, material preparation, quotas formalization, data weighting, fieldwork structure adjustments, data processing tabulation design, data validation, report template preparation or updates, report automation running and parameters updates, report checking, report analysis, … and get ready to start
- in into client presentations). - Evolve with the always transforming market research market.
- Encouraging usage of gen
AI solutions both generic across the group and specifically designed per project. - Taking initiative for facilitating processes and augmenting quality over the studies.
- Adapting to changing organizations and
- country teams and experts. - A maximum of 2 years of experience in a market research agency, or global company in the FMCG industry, in
- hoc studies, consumer panel, etc. - Client-facing positiveness and comfort, with clear and assertive communication (both verbally and in writing).
- Brand Tracking proven expertise, and interest in all methodologies (consumer, advertising, behavioral research, qualitative…).
- Global or Multi-country projects key experience.
- Mobility and Automotive industry openness or knowledge.
- Advanced Excel and Power
Point usage and affinity. - Organizational skills to manage research projects, meeting deadlines and budgeted time.
- Natural positiveness, openness, while being
- caring. - Eagerness to learn and to develop aptitude on advanced market research topics & projects.
- At least three to five years minimum of experience in Market Research.
- Fluent in English.
