The Market Research Department aims to analyze market dynamics to drive effective project incubations and successful token launches. We are seeking a passionate Junior Market Research Analyst to join our team and work under the guidance of the Lead Market Researcher.

Role

As a Junior Market Research Analyst, you will analyze research, identify emerging narratives within the blockchain and crypto ecosystem, and contribute to developing actionable insights. This role is ideal for someone eager to grow their expertise in cryptocurrency market trends, blockchain technology, and Web3 innovations.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze research reports, whitepapers, and market data to extract insights.
• Identify emerging trends, narratives, and patterns in blockchain and cryptocurrency markets.
• Contribute to the creation of
  - and
  - term strategies for project incubations and token launches.
• Maintain a knowledge repository of industry reports on market and verticals.
• Present findings through reports and visual presentations.
• Monitor KPIs of active and upcoming projects within the ecosystem.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or related fields.
• At least 2 years of active participation in
  - stage investment strategies or relevant experience.
• Strong understanding of blockchain technology, cryptocurrencies, and tokenomics, especially De
  Fi aspects like Staking, Bonding, and LPs.

Required Skills

• Excellent analytical skills to interpret complex data and identify insights.
• Familiarity with research tools like Messari, Glassnode, Dune Analytics.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Proactive attitude and eagerness to contribute to a dynamic team.
• Experience in market research, data analysis, or strategy development.
• Knowledge of De
  Fi protocols, NFT ecosystems, or
  - 2 solutions.
• Previous experience in the Web3 space or related industry.
