The Role

The Junior Marketeer supports the marketing team in executing campaigns, creating content, conducting market research, and managing social media platforms. This role is designed for someone looking to start their career in marketing, with a focus on learning and contributing to various marketing initiatives that help grow the brand and engage customers.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels (social media, digital, email marketing, etc. ).
• Help create engaging content for websites, social media posts, blogs, and newsletters.
• Support the management of social media accounts by posting updates, engaging with followers, and ensuring brand consistency.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and customer preferences to inform marketing strategies.
• Assist in tracking and analysing marketing campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and social media insights.
• Help design and create marketing materials (e. g. , flyers, brochures, banners) to support campaigns and promotional activities.
• Assist in organizing and promoting events, webinars, and other marketing activities.
• Assist with updating and managing the customer relationship management (CRM) system.
• Provide administrative assistance to the marketing team, including scheduling meetings, organizing files, and handling correspondence.

Your Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (preferred).
• 1-2 years of experience in marketing, communications, or a related role.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, Linked
  In Ads, Mailchimp, etc. ).
• Basic graphic design skills (e. g. , Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or similar tools) required.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Ability to identify market and competitor trends and to analyse the marketing performance metrics.
• Creative thinking and a passion for marketing.
• Ability to work effectively in a
  - oriented environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power
  Point).
• Proficiency in English.
