Position Overview
We are seeking a detail‑oriented Junior Marketing Analyst to join 1GLOBAL's marketing team. The role focuses on data analysis, reporting, automation, and research to drive marketing and sales enablement initiatives across our B2B & B2C portfolio. The analyst will work closely with the marketing and growth team to uncover insights, optimize campaigns, and support strategic decision‑making.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain dashboards and performance reports across marketing and sales enablement functions
- Automate recurring reporting processes to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and scalability
- Conduct deep‑dive analysis on lead generation, funnel conversion, and campaign ROI
- Support sales enablement by researching target accounts, industries, and market trends
- Provide actionable insights to improve targeting, messaging, and pipeline quality
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align marketing performance with business objectives
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement automation where possible
Requirements
Must Have
- 3+ years' experience in marketing analytics, business analysis, or a related role (B2B preferred)
- Strong proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, SQL, Google Analytics, BI tools (e. g. , Power BI, Tableau, Looker)
- Experience with marketing and CRM platforms (Hub
Spot, Salesforce, or similar) - Analytical thinker with strong number‑crunching and problem‑solving skills
- Strong communication skills to present insights clearly to marketing and sales leadership (English)
- Proactive mindset with the ability to work in a fast‑paced environment
