Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering or a related field;
• 1+ years of professional experience in monitoring roles;
• Experience in configuring and managing monitoring platforms, ensuring system performance, availability, and reliability;
• Experience with New Relic or Dynatrace;
• Experience with monitoring tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, Zabbix, Elastic Search is a plus;
• Experience working with databases like Microsoft SQL Server or Oracle;
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure or AWS;
• Proficiency with operating systems including Windows and Linux;
• Knowledge of virtualization technologies like VMware or Containers;
• Experience in application performance monitoring and incident management;
• Strong communication and organizational skills;
• Good command of English (spoken and written).
