We are seeking an experienced,
- minded English-speaking teacher – someone with a growth mindset, who is
- affirming, and who prioritises the
- being of each child above test scores.

Experience working with neurodiverse children is essential. Familiarity with
- based learning and teaching in
- age primary and secondary classrooms would be an advantage.

This is not a traditional teaching role, but a blend of teaching and coaching, designed to inspire and empower children to develop a lifelong love of learning. Influenced by the Finnish approach, our methodology encourages curiosity rather than teaching to the test. We will provide training and support, but a growth mindset is key to thriving in this role.

This is a
- time position (three days a week 08:45-16:30) with a competitive salary. It will develop into a
- time position withing this academic year.
