Your Mission Will Be

• Provide operational support to the team in daily networking and connectivity tasks
• Configure and monitor switches, firewalls, and related infrastructure
• Assist in the setup and troubleshooting of video conferencing systems
• Collaborate with colleagues to identify dependencies and resolve them quickly
• Continuously seek improvements in processes and solutions

You Will Need

• A proactive mindset with ownership to solve issues and engage the right people when needed
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to question and think critically
• EU work permit (CPLP nationality or equivalent) to facilitate employment

Would Be Awesome If You Have

• Previous exposure to networking, even through internships or academic projects
• Interest in continuously evolving and reviewing how to improve technical solutions
• Ability to anticipate potential obstacles and address them effectively
• BSc or MSc in Computer Science/Engineering, Information Technology, or related fields
