Junior ODM Project Manager Vale de Cambra

The Junior ODM (Original Design Manufacturing) Project Manager will be responsible for ensuring the coordination of the different stages of a Product Development Project, in order to achieve project success and Customer satisfaction. The Project Manager will coordinate the interfaces between Development, Sales, and Customer, on a global level, making sure that the information/communication between parts is shared updated, and well understood.

Main Activities and Responsibilities

• Be the contact of the customer during the different steps of product development;
• Define the project plan, assuring that all required resources are involved;
• Conduct aligning meetings with development teams to evaluate the status of each phase of the project based on project plan;
• Follow the project development plan with KAMs, alerting to potential delays;
• Keep the status updated of each project under development and make follow up with Sales and R&D;
• Phase out a project for Quotation and Implementation.

We are looking for

• At least 1-year experience as a project manager, ideally in product development projects will be valued;
• Degree in Engineering, Business Management, or other relevant areas;
• Fluency in English and professional proficiency in Spanish;
• High ability to build relations, with strong communication skills;
• Curious and competitive mindset;
• Strong organization skills and ability to work to meet strict deadlines;
• Time management skills;
• Good knowledge of Excel and other MS Office tools and project management tools;
• Knowledge of SAP will be valued.
