YOUR ROLE AT SIXT

• You support the
  -
  - day execution of our Display and Paid Social campaigns across platforms like Meta, Tik
  Tok, Kayak, and the Google Display Network.
• You collaborate with our content and design teams to develop compelling creatives that resonate with our audience.
• You analyze campaign performance and help turn data into actionable insights.
• You conduct market and competitor research to spot new opportunities.
• You assist in managing budgets and keeping campaigns on track.
• You contribute ideas and fresh perspectives during team brainstorms and strategy sessions.

YOUR SKILLS MATTER

• Experience: You have 1 or 2 years of experience in business or relevant internships, ideally in digital marketing or media.
• Education: You hold a Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Performance Marketing Knowledge: You have a foundational understanding of Display and Paid Social campaigns and are motivated to deepen your expertise in performance marketing.
• Data & Analytical Skills: You enjoy working with data and are confident navigating reports and dashboards to derive insights.
• Soft Skills: You are a proactive team player who communicates clearly and takes initiative to solve problems and support colleagues.
• Growth Mindset: You’re eager to learn, stay current with digital marketing trends, and continuously expand your skill set.
