THE ROLE

As a Regional Operations Analyst in the Central Europe Regional Team, you will execute daily operations to drive fleet availability, customer satisfaction and regional efficiency. You will own end‑to‑end processes such as real‑estate expansion, property management, health and safety compliance, and partner procurement.

WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON?

• Become an expert in local operational procedures and adapt them to your region.
• Assist regional and local leadership in achieving operational results.
• Serve as the regional point of contact for local partners and suppliers, ensuring quality and throughput.
• Execute stock‑replenishment procedures required for smooth operation.
• Advance real‑estate standards and ensure compliance with health and safety.
• Procure and negotiate suppliers and expand the network.
• Lead efficiency improvements in the region.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

• Background in Business or a related discipline.
• Proactive action‑oriented: takes initiative to address operational needs; procurement experience a plus.
• Organised, analytical, and data‑driven.
• Detail oriented with precision in execution.
• Team player, collaborative with local teams.
• Adaptable and resilient under changing circumstances.
• Excellent communicator in English; German and/or Italian a plus.
