What You'll Do

You'll support the
-
- day flow of operations, organising cleaners, following up on maintenance, and making sure everything is in place for arrivals.

You'll be a
- to point of contact, offering friendly and reliable support to both guests and owners. From answering questions to resolving issues.

You'll work closely with contractors like cleaners and handymen, making sure tasks are completed on time and to a high standard.

You'll also keep clear records of tasks, updates, and communications to help the wider team stay aligned and informed.

What We're Looking For

Proactive and dependable, with great attention to detail.

Confident communicator: clear, friendly, and professional.

Good at juggling tasks and staying organised.

Comfortable using apps and basic tech tools.

0–2 years' experience in operations, hospitality, or similar.

Team player who can also work independently.

Weekend availability (part of a rotating schedule).
