We're looking for a dependable and proactive team member to help deliver smooth, high‑quality stays for our guests and peace of mind for our property owners. This is a hands‑on role where your attention to detail and follow‑through will directly shape how people experience our service.

What You’ll Do

• Support the day‑to‑day flow of operations, organising cleaners, following up on maintenance, and making sure everything is in place for arrivals.
• Act as a go‑to point of contact, offering friendly and reliable support to both guests and owners – from answering questions to resolving issues.
• Work closely with contractors such as cleaners and handymen, ensuring tasks are completed on time and to a high standard.
• Maintain clear records of tasks, updates, and communications to help the wider team stay aligned and informed.

What We’re Looking For

• Proactive and dependable, with great attention to detail.
• Confident communicator: clear, friendly, and professional.
• Good at juggling tasks and staying organised.
• Comfortable using apps and basic tech tools.
• 0–2 years’ experience in operations, hospitality, or a similar field.
• Team player who can also work independently.
• Weekend availability (part of a rotating schedule).
