Junior Operations Integrator (Open Systems)

Location: Full remote in Portugal

Languages: Fluent English (mandatory), French is a plus

We’re looking for a Junior Operations Integrator to support production operations, batch scheduling, incident handling, and performance optimization. You’ll act as Level 2 Support , ensuring compliance with Dev
Ops best practices and contributing to continuous improvement.

Main tools: Linux/Windows, Control-M, CFT/Connect:Direct, Tomcat/Apache, AWS/GCP, Kubernetes, Argo

Your tasks:

• Monitor and execute batch jobs (Control-M)
• Troubleshoot incidents and file transfer issues
• Deploy and configure middleware and cloud resources
• Optimize processes and improve performance
• Support deployments and planned interventions
• Maintain documentation and collaborate with internal/external teams

Nice to have: Jenkins, Git
Lab CI/CD, Ansible
