We’re hiring: Junior Operations Manager – Research Students Office | INESC TEC (Porto, hybrid work model)

Do you have a background in Management (or a related field), an analytical mindset, a collaborative spirit, and a desire to contribute to the development of talent in science and technology? This opportunity is for you!

At INESC TEC, we’re looking for someone to:

• Manage internship, mobility, and Ph
D scholarship programmes;

• Develop and manageinformation systemsandperformance indicatorsrelated to research students;

• Support strategies for integration, communication, and talent attraction;

• Collaborate with different internal teams and support
- led initiatives.

• A Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Management, HR Management or a related area;

• Experience with data analysis tools (Excel, Power BI, etc. );

• Strong communication skills, fluent in English and Portuguese;

• Team spirit, initiative, and excellent organisational skills.
