The role

We're looking for an ambitious Junior Operations Manager to join our team who will take ownership of some of our day‑to‑day operations.

What you’ll do

• Assist with customer onboarding, both operationally and from a product perspective, ensuring issues are resolved efficiently.
• Support market (GTM) activities, including the setup and execution of marketing campaigns.
• Contribute to analytics and reporting, helping improve data quality and insights.
• Handle customer support queries.

This is not a strategy role—it's an execution role. You'll be in the weeds, launching products, building teams, talking to users, and iterating fast. We move quickly, care about results, and don’t waste time.

What we look for

• Recent graduates (1–2 years of experience) – STEM degree (or in progress) from a top university.
• Strong coding experience (SQL, Python).
• Proficient in English.
• Proven track record of exceptional achievement and a relentless problem‑solving mindset.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, iterative environment.
• Ability to work autonomously and as part of a knit team.
