We are currently looking for a new member for the Shopping Centre Management team to join us in the position of Junior Operations Supervisor - Saldanha Residence, Picoas Plaza, Mercado Bom Sucesso & Peninsula Boutique.

Requirements:

• Academic background in Management, Engineering, Administration, Architecture, or related areas (preferred Engineering).
• Previous experience (internship or up to 1 year) in Facilities, Maintenance.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools and AUTOCAD;
• Organizational skills, proactivity, and attention to detail.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities:

• Support the daily management of facilities (buildings, offices, and common areas).
• Assist in preventive and corrective maintenance control with suppliers and service providers.
• Monitor technical visits and minor maintenance interventions.
• Collaborate in the management of facilities service contracts (cleaning, security, maintenance, catering, etc. ).
• Support the monitoring of resource consumption (water, energy, waste) and sustainability initiatives.
• Conduct periodic rounds to identify maintenance or improvement needs.
• Provide logistical support for internal changes, space organization, and small corporate events.
