About the Project:You will work for a

global innovator in diabetes care technologies, dedicated to developing advanced insulin delivery solutions that simplify daily disease management. Their mission is to empower patients, families, and healthcare professionals through smarter, more connected systems.

About the role:In this position, you’ll support the full O2C cycle—from processing customer orders and issuing invoices to managing collections and reconciling accounts. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a foundation in accounting or finance who wants to gain experience in international operations within a dynamic and supportive environment.

Main Responsibilities:Enter and manage customer orders accurately and on time. Prepare and issue invoices and credit memos in line with company guidelines. Apply incoming payments and ensure proper account reconciliation. Review outstanding receivables and contact customers regarding overdue payments. Handle basic customer inquiries and escalate complex issues to senior team members. Support

- end activities, including reconciliations and audit requests. Keep customer master data up to date in the ERP system.

Your Profile:Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related discipline. Excellent command of

Dutch language minimum C2

and

advanced English (C1 level). Minimum of 6 months’ experience in Accounts Receivable, O2C, or general Finance operations. Basic knowledge of accounting and financial principles. Skilled in MS Excel (v-lookups, pivot tables preferred). Experience with ERP platforms (SAP, Oracle, Net
Suite, etc. ) is an asset. Strong attention to detail, analytical mindset, and
- focused attitude.

Compensation & Benefits
Base salary:

€1300 gross × 14 months
Language allowance:

€150/month
