The Role:

As a Pensions Analyst Trainee supporting our UK Consulting Office, you will maintain and improve Aptia’s systems and databases, providing accurate information to aid client
- making. You will collaborate closely with UK-based consultants across various offices.
This hybrid role involves working from our Lisbon office and remotely. Please submit your CV in English when applying.
Responsibilities include:
- Managing administration activities related to pension schemes, such as leavers, data changes, benefit payments, policyholder inquiries, and annual updates.
- Learning pension calculations with team support.
- Meeting specified deadlines and producing quality work.
- Collaborating with team members to improve processes and client service.
Ideal Candidate:
- Degree in math, engineering, actuarial science, statistics, economics, management, finance, or related fields.
- UK pension knowledge (preferred but not mandatory).
- Actuarial science knowledge (preferred).
- Proficiency in IT, especially MS Office (Excel).
- Organized with attention to detail and
- solving skills. - Team-oriented and adaptable to different environments.
