Now we’re looking for a Junior Performance Marketer. Someone
- on, switched on, and ready to go deep on Google and Meta Ads.

This is a
- time, hybrid role based in Porto, with regular work from our office.

Launch and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search & Shopping)

Help structure Meta Ads campaigns and upload creatives

Organize creative assets and keep things tight

Collaborate with strategists and designers to deliver, fast

Take briefs, spot details, and execute cleanly

~1 year running Google Ads (agency, freelance, or
- house)

Comfortable inside Meta Ads Manager

Detail-obsessed, organised, reliable

You write and speak solid English

Bonus: You’ve touched Amazon Ads

In your first months, success means:

Campaigns are launched on time, cleanly, and according to brief

You’re confident inside Google & Meta Ads platforms

Creative assets are organised, documented and properly uploaded

You ask smart questions, flag issues, and keep execution tight

You take ownership and improve week by week
