Junior Procurement Analyst

Mission

Support the company’s purchasing strategy through data analysis, providing insights that drive decision‑making, ensuring compliance with procurement policies, and monitoring supplier performance.

What you’ll do

• Collect, consolidate, and structure procurement data to create detailed reports by category, supplier, and business unit.
• Develop performance dashboards (savings, spend under management, procurement cycle times, and more).
• Present insights and recommendations to procurement leadership and cross‑functional teams.
• Suggest improvements for reporting tools, dashboards, and procurement analytics platforms.

What we’re looking for

• Curious, analytical, and detail‑oriented, with a willingness to learn and work with large datasets.
• Proficient in Excel and Power BI; experience with SAP or S4Hana is a plus.
• Good communication skills to present findings clearly.
• Ability to collaborate with Finance, Procurement, and IT teams.
• Fluent in English and Portuguese (mandatory).
