At Finsolutia, we’re looking for an eager and curious Junior Product Analyst to join our skilled and dynamic team. This role is perfect for someone who wants to take their first steps into software product management, combining technical interest, business sense, and a genuine focus on users to help build a platform that really makes a difference.

Working closely with the Product Manager, you’ll support the development of our innovative AI-powered platform made for mortgage brokers to ensure our product not only meets but exceeds the needs of our
- growing client base in Portugal and Spain.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Assist in defining product requirements and writing clear user stories.
• Support sprint planning, backlog refinement, and release coordination.
• Analyze user feedback and product metrics to identify improvements.
• Conduct competitor research and track industry best practices.
• Assist with functional testing of the platform.
• Maintain product documentation and coordinate communication with stakeholders.
  
  

What do we expect from you?

• Fluency in Portuguese (PT), at native level.
• Minimum 1+ year of experience in product management, business analysis or related fields.
• Basic understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum or Kanban)
• Familiarity with tools like Jira, Azure Dev
  Ops, Confluence, or analytics platforms
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• A fast learner who is comfortable with technology and software platforms
• Someone who wants to start or boost a career in the fintech ecosystem.
  
  

What Are Your Bonus Points

• Fluency in Spanish and English, verbal and written
• Experience with tools like Sharepoint, Google Docs, or similar to organize and share documentation effectively.
• Some experience or
  - how (as user) of
  - tracking platforms such Intercom or similar.
• Knowledge of Saa
  S business models (e. g. , subscription, freemium), with a focus on vertical Saas platforms, or any software whose buyer personas come from the financial sector.
• Familiarity with mortgage, consumer or automotive credit solutions and their legal framework, from the lender's point of view.
