Junior Product Owner Profile

We’re seeking a Junior Product Owner to join the Airtime Credit team and support the Product Owner in ongoing operations and new project implementations with telecom partners worldwide.

This role involves assisting in project coordination, documentation, and
- up of
- related activities, while gaining hands‑on experience in product operations, service implementation, and client interaction to work in the city of Lisbon.

Responsibilities

• Support the Product Owner in managing live projects and new implementations.
• Maintain and organise project documentation in Confluence.
• Create and update tickets in Jira, ensuring tasks are properly tracked and prioritised.
• Follow up on issues and improvement requests with technical and data teams.
• Collect and organise feedback from clients and internal stakeholders.
• Contribute to testing and validation of configurations or new product features when required.
• Follow up with technical and data teams on open items, incidents, and improvements.
• Participate in requirements discussions and help document functional and operational needs.

Requirements

Must have:

• University degree in Management, Marketing or a similar area.
• Fluency in English (spoken and written).
• Good organisational and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, multi‑project environment.
• Proactive and curious mindset, willing to learn about telecom and Fintech services.

Nice to have:

• Basic Spanish (reading and writing).
• Experience with Jira and Confluence.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies.
