Role Description:
Savills Portugal is seeking a Junior Project Manager to join our BPC & Architecture team in Lisbon.
The ideal candidate will bring a strong technical background and excellent interpersonal skills, combined with an innovative and digital mindset.
You will be part of our Project Management team, reporting directly to the Head of Project Management.
Key tasks/ activities:
- Manage the complete project lifecycle in line with budget and client brief, from initial planning through to final handover;
- Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including reports, schedules, budgets, risk assessments, and progress updates;
- Lead procurement processes, preparing comparison analyses and clear recommendation reports;
- Collaborate closely with
- functional teams (engineering, design, construction) to coordinate activities and resolve issues; - Oversee project implementation, ensuring compliance with timelines, quality standards, and client requirements;
Requirements, Skills and Experience Desired:
- Up to 3 years of professional experience;
- Master’s degree in Civil Engineering;
- Previous experience in Project Management or Construction Supervision will be valued;
- Proficient in Excel, MS Project and Power
Point, with the ability to apply these tools effectively in project management; - Fluency in English;
- Driving license;
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with a wide range of stakeholders, from senior executives to
- site contractors; - Proactive, dynamic, and resourceful, with a strong sense of initiative and ownership;
- Curious and eager to learn, with the confidence to seek out knowledge and continuously develop professionally;
- Excellent planning, organisational and
- solving abilities; - Technical rigour, attention to detail and critical thinking;
- Strong work ethic and ability to perform under pressure;
- Collaborative team player with an innovative mindset;
- Forward-thinking, dedicated, and
- driven.
