We are looking for a
Junior Project Manager
to support the CEO and the senior management team during a maternity cover period. If you are ambitious, organized, and eager to learn in a
- paced hospitality environment, this role is ideal for you You will be involved in transversal projects, coordinating stakeholders, and ensuring execution aligned with company priorities.

Main Responsibilities

• Support the creation and implementation of transversal projects by coordinating with managers and team leaders.
• Monitor ongoing projects, ensuring deadlines are met, and escalate risks or delays with suggested contingency plans.
• Facilitate communication between stakeholders, ensuring alignment and smooth project execution.
• Track and report on project KPIs, risks, and strategic ideas, presenting clear summaries to the Board.
• Assist in setting deadlines with the management team, helping prioritize business needs.
• Actively organize and participate in strategic meetings, preparing notes,
  - ups, and supporting documentation.

What We Are Looking For

• Degree in Management, Economics, Engineering, or similar field.
• 1–3 years of professional experience (consulting, project management, or auditing preferred).
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate effectively with different stakeholders.
• Proactive, motivated, and able to adapt quickly in a dynamic environment.
• Good knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets.
• Fluent in English and Portuguese (both written and spoken).
