YOUR JOB :

As a Junior Project Manager, you will oversee the planning and execution of web development projects and serve as the main point of contact for our clients. Your responsibilities include:

1. Ensuring projects stay on track and maintaining excellent support and communication with clients;
2. Coordinating and supporting web development projects from kickoff to delivery;
3. Acting as the

   - day contact for clients, managing communication and feedback;
4. Providing timely and professional responses to client inquiries or issues;
5. Facilitating meetings, demos, and
   - ins to ensure client satisfaction;
6. Tracking project milestones, tasks, and deliverables using tools like Notion;
7. Collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery and resolve blockers;
8. Assisting in risk management and identifying areas for workflow improvement;
9. Maintaining documentation and updating stakeholders regularly on project status.

WHAT YOU MUST HAVE :

• Minimum 2 years of experience in project coordination, account management, or customer service;
• Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken in English;
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail;
• A
  - first mindset with professional expectation management;
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and software development cycles (a plus);
• Proficiency with project and communication tools (e. g. , Slack, Notion);
• A passion for the IT industry and understanding of web application technologies and product lifecycles;
• Experience in commercial matters, including estimation and budget management, with an eye for business opportunities;
• Technical background or experience in digital product design and development in agencies;
• Experience managing teams and delivery teams;
• Negotiation skills regarding scope and timelines with stakeholders;
• Flexibility to identify potential business opportunities.

The salary range for this role is €20, 000 to €23, 000 gross annually, including meals, benefits, vacation, and Christmas allowances.
