Responsibilities

• Define and execute manual test cases to ensure mental health products and AI-based features are safe, reliable, and supportive of users’ therapeutic journeys
• Collaborate with product and clinical teams to understand mental health goals, user behaviors, and clinical relevance, and translate that understanding into meaningful testing scenarios
• Monitor product quality using dashboards, user feedback, and usage data, with attention to how issues affect users seeking mental health support
• Document feature behavior, QA processes, and known issues in a clear, organized way

What you need to have

• A degree in Psychology or a related field connected to mental health or human behavior
• Experience in clinical psychology practice
• A genuine interest in digital health and willingness to learn how technology and AI can support mental

• Solid analytical and
  - solving skills
• Ability to work in a
  - paced environment
• Good written and spoken English communication skills
• A thoughtful,
  - oriented mindset with sensitivity to the impact of product quality on mental health users

What we would love to see

• Any prior experience in software testing (academic, personal, or professional)
• Familiarity with digital mental health solutions or strong motivation to work in this space
• Experience with tools like JIRA, Postman, or similar
• Basic knowledge of SQL
• Experience with mobile applications and their testing workflows
