Junior QA Engineer – Relocation to Dubai (Visa Sponsored)

We are seeking a Junior QA Engineer to support the quality of our mobile and web products. You will work closely with engineers, designers, and product managers to ensure smooth, reliable, and
- quality user experiences for millions of travelers worldwide.
Experience in hospitality, travel‑tech, or customer‑facing industries is a strong plus.
What your responsibilities will include:
- Understand product requirements and write clear, structured test cases for mobile and web applications.
- Execute manual test cases for Android, i
OS, and responsive web platforms to validate UI/UX, functionality, and performance. - Identify, reproduce, and log bugs using Jira or similar tools, including detailed steps and screenshots.
- Perform regression testing and retest resolved issues across various devices and browsers.
- Conduct cross‑browser and cross‑device compatibility tests using real devices or emulators.
- Participate in QA stand‑ups, sprint ceremonies, and product review sessions.
- Learn and apply QA standards for test creation, defect reporting, and testing workflows.
- Gain exposure to automation tools (e. g. , Cypress, Selenium) to support future test automation efforts.
- Work closely with engineers, designers, and product managers throughout the development lifecycle.
- Maintain QA documentation, including test cases, bug reports, and execution logs.
To be a great fit for the Junior QA Engineer role, you will have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 1–2 years of manual testing experience, including functional and UI testing.
- Familiarity with bug life cycle and defect‑tracking tools (Jira preferred).
- Experience testing mobile apps or responsive web applications.
- Basic understanding of documentation tools (Excel, Google Sheets); Postman familiarity is a plus.
- Exposure to device/browser compatibility testing.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong communication skills.
- Eagerness to learn automation tools and develop in the QA space.
- Ability to collaborate effectively within a cross‑functional team.
- Hospitality or travel industry experience is considered a strong advantage.
Preferred Qualifications (Not Essential):
- Internship or academic project involving software QA.
- Exposure to Figma for UI validation.
- Basic understanding of APIs or Postman.
