About the role

Our Lisbon-based QA team is looking for an addition to the team. In this role, you’ll work closely with our UK-based Jules Operations Team and our EBASE development team, contributing to the quality and reliability of our Saa
S and Paa
S solutions through manual and automated testing.

This role is ideal for someone passionate about quality assurance and eager to start their QA testing career. Initially, responsibilities will include manual testing, functional testing, and business requirements analysis. Other tasks include:

1. Perform manual testing to validate the functionality, usability, and reliability of software applications.
2. Execute test cases and accurately document test results, identifying and reporting defects or inconsistencies.
3. Work closely with developers, product managers, and business analysts to ensure proper test coverage and alignment with requirements.
4. Assist in preparing test data and setting up test environments to support QA activities.
5. Support the creation and maintenance of functional and technical documentation related to testing processes and results.
6. Begin contributing to the execution of automated tests, with guidance, and help analyze results to ensure software quality.
7. Use appropriate tools to log, track, and verify defects through to resolution.
8. Learn and contribute to code reviews, gradually building the ability to provide feedback on
   - related code.
9. Stay informed about industry trends and QA best practices, especially around test automation, to support your career growth.
