A leading company in supply chain is looking for a Junior Quality Engineer (m/f/d) to reinforce their team.

Your new role

Coordinating with suppliers and partners to ensure timely inspections and measurements;



Monitoring and reporting key performance indicators to support
- making;



Ensuring compliancewith legal, internal, and external regulations;



Supporting the development and analysis of management reporta;



Driving continuousimprovement initiatives and quality assurance processes;



Collaborating withoperational teams to enhance process efficiency and effectiveness;



Assuring product and project quality throughout the development lifecycle;



Supporting projectmanagers in defining and implementing quality objectives and mesures;



Leading
- solving activities and FMEA teams;



Participating in risk assessments, taskforces, and crisis teams;



Promoting and deploying new quality tools and methodologies;



Coaching and training colleagues in quality management practices.

What you'll need to suceed

Degree in Engineering or a related fiel;



Minimum 1 year of experience in similar roles, preferably in industrial environments;



Solid knowledge of
Quality Management Systems implementation, ISO 9001 standards and audit techniques;



Proficiency in Problem Solving techniques (8D, 5W, Ishikawa, etc. ) and FMEA;



Understanding PPAPprocesses;



Proficiency in MS Office tolls;



Strong communication skills in English:

Analytical mindset and critical thinking;



Strong interpersonal and team collaboration abilities.
