Noesis is looking for professionals to join our Quality Management team in Lisbon with the following profile:

Responsibilities

1. Creating test cases based on requirements and design documents
2. Performing manual testing of software applications
3. Identifying bugs/defects and reporting them using appropriate tools
4. Creating detailed bug reports with screenshots and
   -
   - step explanations to reproduce issues
5. Using test and defect management tools
6. Participating in meetings as necessary
7. Complying with project standards on testing policies, criteria, strategy, and procedures
8. Communicating effectively with project stakeholders
9. Escalating work issues to appropriate levels

What We Are Looking For

1. A degree in computer science or a related field
2. At least 1 year of professional experience in similar roles
3. Experience and independence in designing, planning, and executing functional testing
4. Experience with test management and defect tracking tools, and reporting
5. Good communication, planning, and organizational skills
6. Proficiency in English, both written and spoken

Nice-to-have

1. ISTQB Foundation Certification
2. Experience with Regression and Integration Testing
3. SQL knowledge
4. Familiarity with Agile methodologies
5. Spanish/Castilian language skills
6. Initiative, dynamism, and proactivity
