As a Junior Research Associate in the Protein Production Division (PPD) at Fair
Journey Biologics, you will support our experienced scientists in purifying antibodies produced in mammalian expression systems. You will apply well‑established purification methodologies, ensure that production records are accurately maintained, and gain valuable hands‑on experience in state‑of‑the‑art protein purification techniques. This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop your technical expertise and grow within a collaborative and innovation‑driven environment.

Your Profile

• BSc or MSc in a relevant scientific field (e. g. , Biochemistry, Biotechnology, or related area)
• Highly motivated, with a strong desire to learn and expand your knowledge in protein purification strategies
• Understanding of chromatography principles (affinity, size exclusion, desalting, and/or ion exchange)
• Hands‑on experience with chromatographic columns or purification systems is a plus
• Experience with ÄKTA systems or similar chromatography platforms is an advantage
• Excellent organizational and record‑keeping skills
• Strong written and spoken English communication skills.
