The Role

As An Assistant, You Will Act As a Key Point Of Contact In The Client Acceptance Process. You’ll Handle And Process Risk-related Requests, Clarify Operational Issues, And Support Data Analysis Tasks With Precision And Responsibility. Your Day-to-day Will Involve

• Managing and processing
  - related documentation;
• Analyzing incoming requests and responding in a timely, complete, and thorough manner;
• Supporting internal teams by resolving queries and ensuring compliance with KYC and AML requirements;
• Assisting in client onboarding procedures and ensuring operational accuracy.
  
  

• 1 year of experience in similar roles or junior candidates with strong motivation and willingness to learn;
• Good written and spoken English (B2 level or higher);
• Solid knowledge of MS Office (Salesforce experience is a plus);
• Understanding of KYC and AML processes is valued;
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to handle and interpret sensitive data;
• Critical thinking and attention to detail under pressure.
