We are looking for a Junior Sales Engineer to join our dynamic team and grow with us.

Your role

You will be part of our proposals team, supporting the preparation and coordination of technical and commercial offers. You’ll work closely with different departments — engineering, sales, and project management — ensuring alignment, accuracy, and timely delivery of proposals/tender offers.

Your profile

We’re looking for someone who is highly motivated and ready to learn. Experience is not mandatory — what matters most is your ambition, curiosity, and drive to grow.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Automation Engineering (or similar).

Fluency in English (written and spoken)

Strong organizational skills and ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders

Proactive attitude, willingness to learn, and ambition to take on challenges

Nice to have:

Previous exposure to technical sales or proposal preparation (e. g. , through internships or projects)
