Responsibilities

• Play a key role in supporting the sales team, developing client relationships, and contributing to our business growth.
• Assist in identifying and developing sales opportunities through research, prospecting, and initial outreach (e. g. , cold calling, email campaigns).
• Support the sales process, including preparation of proposals, presentations, and contracts.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Work closely with senior sales executives to manage the sales pipeline.
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM system and provide regular updates to the sales team.
• Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends.

What distinguishes you

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in sales, marketing, business administration, or a related field.
• Strong interest in sales and client relationship management.
• Basic knowledge or interest in ERP systems, especially SAP (training will be provided).
• Fluent in Portuguese and English. German fluency is a nice to have.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and
