Junior Sales Executive
As the Junior Sales Executive (Europe), you’ll be responsible for driving pipeline growth and revenue across the European sports, entertainment, and events ecosystem.
You’ll identify and close
- value commercial opportunities, working closely with the VP of
Commercial, marketing, and partnerships teams to position ZOOP as a strategic engagement platform
for brands and rightsholders.

complex sales cycles, and crafting creative commercial solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and drive the full sales cycle — from prospecting and qualifying leads to negotiation and closing.
- Build a strong pipeline of enterprise and commercial clients across sport, entertainment, and live events sectors.
- Partner with the VP of Commercial to develop and execute regional

- market plans - Identify and approach strategic accounts — including leagues, event organizers, talent agencies, brands, and digital media partners.
- Collaborate
- functionally with marketing, partnerships, and creator teams to shape compelling proposals and pitches. - Use data and insights to inform account strategy, revenue forecasting, and performance reporting.
- Contribute feedback to product and marketing teams based on client and market insights.
- Champion Zoop’s brand voice and positioning in all client engagements.
Required Skills & Experience
- 1-3+ years of sales or business development experience, ideally in sports, entertainment, creator economy, or
- tech sectors. - Proven success managing enterprise or commercial accounts with complex sales cycles.
- Strong network and understanding of the European market, particularly within events, rights holders, and agencies.
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and storytelling skills — comfortable selling creative and strategic solutions.
- Data-driven mindset with experience in CRM tools (e. g. , Hub
Spot, Salesforce). - Able to work autonomously while collaborating
- functionally in a
- paced, international team. - Fluent in English; additional European languages a plus.
