Junior Sales Manager B2C (Entry-Level)

Location: Miranda do Corvo (Coimbra), Portugal

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00–18:00

Type: Full-time

Salary: €1000/month + commission + job expense compensation

Contract: 3-month trial period, followed by a
- term contract

About the Role

We are looking for a Junior Sales Manager to join our growing team. This is an
- level position with strong growth potential. You’ll be the first point of contact for our clients, handling incoming inquiries, preparing offers, and supporting the full sales cycle through to delivery.

Responsibilities

1. Respond to incoming leads via phone, email, social media, and website
2. Prepare quotes and commercial proposals for customers
3. Manage contract preparation and signing
4. Coordinate site visits and measurements
5. Track the status of each deal until completion (delivery or installation)
6. Participate in exhibitions and client presentations
7. Provide feedback for internal process improvements
8. Meet agreed sales targets and KPIs
9. Prepare regular sales reports

Requirements

1. Portuguese speaker
2. Fluent in English (Spanish or French is a plus)
3. Experience in sales or assistance in construction, garden centers, building materials, furniture, or similar industries
4. Strong communication and organizational skills
5. Proactive and willing to learn
6. Self-motivated person
