Associate (0–3 years)

Tasks:

- Perform basic Salesforce configuration tasks (e. G. , user management, security settings)

- Assist in creating and managing reports and dashboards

- Support data import/export activities

- Provide user training and support

Requirements:

- Basic understanding of Salesforce platform

- Knowledge of Jira and Confluence

- Good English proficiency

- Eagerness to learn, teamwork, communication skills

Recommended Certification:

- Salesforce Certified Administrator

Medior (3–7 years)

Tasks:

- Manage advanced Salesforce configuration tasks (e. G. , workflows, process builder, flows)

- Optimize and maintain data quality and integrity

- Collaborate with business users to gather requirements and implement solutions

- Troubleshoot and resolve platform issues

Requirements:

- Proficient in Salesforce platform administration

- Knowledge of Jira and Confluence

- Good English proficiency

- Problem-solving, project management, stakeholder communication

Recommended Certification:

- Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator

Senior (7+ years)

Tasks:

- Lead Salesforce administration and governance

- Define and enforce best practices for platform usage

- Mentor junior administrators and provide strategic guidance

- Engage with stakeholders to align platform capabilities with business goals

Requirements:

- Expert in Salesforce platform administration

- Knowledge of Jira and Confluence

- Good English proficiency

- Leadership, strategic thinking, stakeholder management

Recommended Certification:

- Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator

- Salesforce Certified Application Architect (optional for strategic roles)
