WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR IN YOU?

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.

1–3 years of experience with Salesforce or CRM systems.

Basic understanding of Salesforce platform (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud preferred).

Familiarity with data management and reporting tools.

Strong willingness to learn and adapt in a
- paced environment.

Salesforce Administrator certification (or willingness to obtain) is a plus.

Key competencies:

Strong analytical and
- solving skills.

Ability to manage tasks independently and collaborate effectively.

Customer-focused approach with attention to quality.

HOW WILL YOUR DAILY JOB BE?

Support configuration and customization of Salesforce objects, fields, and workflows.

Assist in gathering business requirements and documenting user stories.

Perform data imports, updates, and basic reporting tasks.

Collaborate with senior consultants and developers during solution implementation.

Help maintain technical documentation and update configuration guides.

Stay informed about Salesforce releases and new features relevant to assigned tasks.

Workplace: Lisbon + hybrid work

Work Schedule: 9AM to 6PM
