Responsibilities:

Collaborate with internal stakeholders, providing advice on technical requirements and necessary tools for the development and implementation of the proposed solutions.
Ensure the design and development of systems, applications, and software to meet the needs and objectives of various internal areas.
Test, detect, analyze, and ensure the correction of failures and/or errors, as well as identify opportunities for improvement in systems and applications (corrective and preventive maintenance).
Ensure the maintenance and updating of technical documentation.

Requirements:

+2 years of previous experience in similar roles, particularly in functional analysis and requirements gathering.
Experience in IT Systems and Applications Management (SAP preferred).
Experience in Incident/Problem Management and Resolution.
Strong analytical skills.
Fluency in English.
Based in Porto.
