Job Title
Scrum Master – Lisbon
Responsibilities
- Live and breathe agile principles, helping build high‑performing teams as a servant leader and enabling their road to success.
- Ensure Scrum and relevant methods are understood and coach teams on them.
- Organize and facilitate Scrum ceremonies and workshops both inside and outside the Agile teams.
- Focus on team members’ needs to maximize value delivery to customers and stakeholders aligned with the organization’s values, principles, and business objectives.
- Act as a change agent for the team and for the organization, contributing to our Agile transformation.
- Guide the team to develop metrics and estimates, and periodically evaluate the process to improve predictions and reduce risks.
- Promote transparency by raising project/team risks at appropriate times.
Qualifications
- Between 2 to 5 years of proven experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Coach, or other relevant role in the information technology sector.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and customer‑management skills with advanced problem‑solving abilities.
- Understanding of hybrid environments and backlog management.
