Tecnimede Group is strengthening its team with the recruitment of a Junior Serialization Systems (M/F) , aiming to further consolidate operational excellence and product safety.

Key Responsibilities:

Support the daily operation of the serialization system, ensuring accurate data registration;

Collaborate with Production, Planning, Quality and IT teams to resolve
- related issues;

Assist in the maintenance of master data, including product, customer and supplier information;

Support data reconciliation throughout the logistics process;

Contribute to the preparation and updating of technical documentation (SOPs, work instructions);

Participate in training sessions and continuous improvement initiatives related to traceability processes;

Support serialization data analysis and identify potential improvement opportunities.

Candidate Profile

Technical or higher education in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Chemical or related fields);

Interest in areas such as automation, pharmaceutical manufacturing and information systems;

Strong analytical and
- solving skills;

Ease in using IT systems and basic knowledge of Excel;

High sense of responsibility and attention to detail;

Team-oriented mindset with good organizational skills;

Strong willingness to learn and grow in a technical and regulated environment.

Valued Differentiators (not mandatory)

Internships or projects in GMP environments;

Basic knowledge of serialization, traceability or systems such as SAP ATTP and Trace
Link;

Experience with Power BI or other data analysis tools.
