Job Description:

We are seeking a
- oriented and analytical Junior Software Quality Engineer to join our team globally. In this role, you will be responsible for implementing and maintaining quality management systems, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and driving continuous improvement initiatives across our manufacturing operations.

• You will perform manual testing of ERP system
• You will create and update scenarios and test cases based on analytical documentation and business requirements
• You will report and document bugs and risks in the defect management system (e. g. , Azure
  Dev
  Ops)
• You will define and prioritize acceptance test cases that meet the user story acceptance criteria and execute the test cases during sprints;
• You will monitor test coverage and adjust test cases as needed to ensure maximum integration and user story coverage;
• You will measure the effectiveness of testing and design, using customer satisfaction data, and report any issues you encounter;
• You will review user stories and proposed designs with testability in mind and drive testability improvements in every solution;
• You will deliver detailed and prioritized test plans that align with the Testing Strategy and Product vision

• Proven experience in software testing and development;
• Ability to think creatively, generate, and prioritize test cases, with an understanding of complex systems;
• A keen eye for detail and analysis, always considering user needs;
• Not afraid to make mistakes and learn from them;
• Fluent in English;
• Experience with Agile/lean methodologies is preferred;
• Experience in API and UI testing is a plus;
• Experience with Azure
  Dev
  Ops, Play
  Wright, Confluence, Spec
  Flow is a plus;
• Knowledge of Gherkin is a plus;
• ISTQB Certification is a plus;
