Job Description

We are seeking a
- oriented and analytical Junior Software Quality Engineer to join our team globally. In this role, you will be responsible for implementing and maintaining quality management systems, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and driving continuous improvement initiatives across our manufacturing operations.

• Perform manual testing of ERP systems
• Create and update scenarios and test cases based on analytical documentation and business requirements
• Report and document bugs and risks in the defect management system (e. g. , Azure
  Dev
  Ops)
• Define and prioritize acceptance test cases that meet user story acceptance criteria and execute them during sprints
• Monitor test coverage and adjust test cases as needed to ensure maximum coverage of integration and user stories
• Measure testing effectiveness using customer satisfaction data and report issues
• Review user stories and proposed designs with a focus on testability and drive improvements
• Deliver detailed and prioritized test plans aligned with the Testing Strategy and Product vision

Qualifications

• Proven experience in software testing and development
• Ability to think creatively, generate, and prioritize test cases, with understanding of complex systems
• Attention to detail and
  - focused mindset
• Willingness to learn from mistakes
• Fluent in English
• Experience with Agile/Lean methodologies is preferred
• Experience in API and UI testing is a plus
• Knowledge of Azure
  Dev
  Ops, Play
  Wright, Confluence, Spec
  Flow, Gherkin, ISTQB Certification is a plus
