Job Description

We are seeking a
- oriented and analytical Junior Software Quality Engineer to join our team globally. In this role, you will be responsible for implementing and maintaining quality management systems, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and driving continuous improvement initiatives across our manufacturing operations.

• You will perform manual testing of ERP systems.
• You will create and update scenarios and test cases based on analytical documentation and business requirements.
• You will report and document bugs and risks in the defect management system (e. g. , Azure Dev
  Ops).
• You will define and prioritize acceptance test cases that meet user story acceptance criteria and execute these during sprints.
• You will monitor test coverage and adjust test cases as needed to ensure maximum coverage of integration and user stories.
• You will measure testing effectiveness using customer satisfaction data and report issues encountered.
• You will review user stories and proposed designs with testability in mind, driving improvements in testability.
• You will deliver detailed, prioritized test plans aligned with the Testing Strategy and Product vision.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in software testing and development.
• Ability to think creatively, generate, and prioritize test cases, with an understanding of complex systems.
• A keen eye for detail and analysis, always considering users' needs and wants.
• Open to learning from mistakes.
• Fluent in English.
• Experience in API and UI testing is a plus.
• Experience with Azure Dev
  Ops, Play
  Wright, Confluence, Spec
  Flow is a plus.
• Knowledge of Gherkin is a plus.
• ISTQB Certification is a plus.
