In Portugal, we have around 120 clients and a team of over 400 people, working on projects in sectors as diverse as Banking, Insurance, Transport, Aviation and Energy.

We are looking for a Junior Solarwinds specialist to join our team!

The mission

Your role will focus on supporting the implementation of the project (around 60%) as well as handling support request and run (about 40%).

Therefore, responsibilities will include but won’t be limited to:

• Administration of the Solarwinds platform
• Support for the integration of Solarwinds within the larger monitoring platform (solutions including Splunk, Opentelemetry, Cribl, Dynatrace)
• Automatisation of daily tasks (Ansible / AWX)
• Support of various dev and prod teams to migrate to the new Monitoring platform (collect of system and application metrics, integration with Splunk)
• Propose improvement and implement (e. G. tools, processes, KPIs)

Requirements

• Expertise on Solarwinds (or similar monitoring solution such as Zabbix, PRTG, Nagios, etc. )
• Knowledge on Splunk/Cribl (nice to have)
• Capacity to automate (scripts / Ansible / other)
• English (at least B2 is mandatory)
• French (nice to have)
