Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and
- oriented Functional Support Specialist to join our team in Lisbon, Portugal. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service and technical support, with a passion for
- solving and a desire to provide exceptional support to our users.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Provide
   - line functional support to our users via email, chat, and phone
2. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to our platform
3. Communicate with our development team to escalate and resolve complex issues
4. Proactively identify and address potential issues before they arise
5. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by providing timely and effective support
6. Collaborate with
   - functional teams to improve processes and procedures
7. Document and maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and resolutions

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• 1+ years of experience in a customer service or technical support role
• Experience in documentation and maintaining accurate records of all customer interactions and resolutions
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong
  - solving and analytical skills
• Experience with ticketing systems is a plus
• Fluency in Portuguese is required
