We are looking for a Junior Strategy & Marketing Specialist (f/m/d) to join our team!

- thinking individual to help us strengthen internal engagement and expand our digital presence.

What You'll Do:

• Lead initiatives that foster a vibrant and connected workplace culture.
• Use social media to boost internal engagement, employee pride, and employer attractiveness.
• Create and manage engaging content for internal platforms and digital channels.
• Collaborate on the planning and execution of internal company
  - both
  - person and remote.
• Support leadership with impactful presentations and storytelling materials.
• Contribute to strategic projects that align with our business goals and values.
• Learn and support the technological infrastructure for internal engagement, including video creation, digital announcements, and virtual event setup.
• Work closely with global teams to ensure consistency in tone, style, and brand presence.

What You Bring:

• A degree in Marketing, Business, Media, or a related field.
• First experience (internships or academic projects) in brand, marketing, or employee engagement.
• Excellent writing skills in both Portuguese and English.
• A proactive mindset, curiosity, and strong interpersonal skills.
• Confidence using digital tools (Office, Canva, Copilot, etc. ) and social media platforms.
• Willingness to learn and improve in areas like video editing, internal broadcasting, and virtual event tools.
• Bonus: familiarity with visual design tools like In
  Design or video editing software.
