Tech Portugal (Fixed-Term)****Position overview**The **Junior Supply Chain Specialist **(1-year
- term contract) will ensure proper availability of products in the markets. The Jr SCS will engage in discussions with the commercial teams (Sales, Marketing, Finance, CLS, etc. ) and the rest of the Supply Chain team to ensure optimal inventories in the market. The Supply Chain specialist will support supply in the market by providing insights and reporting. Balancing inventories, costs and sales will be key to the success of the individual. **Tasks & Responsibilities**:
- Coordinate and Reconcile Physical Counting of all Consignment based on Risk Assessment- Drive/Support activities to ensure optimal inventory and capex
- Utilize specific BU product knowledge and regional insight to drive annual target for inventory
- Minimize expired inventory write off
- Ensure timely removal of lost business / rationalization
- Support projects in the whole E2E Supply Chain related to/impacting inventory
- Support reporting and analytics activities in the Supply Chain Team**Qualifications**:**Qualifications & Experience**- University Degree / Diploma of Higher Education
- Proficient user of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Power
Point);

- Business fluency in English required;



other languages are
- 1-2 years in Supply Chain or equivalent functions with experience in Demand, Inventory, Supply Planning is
- Experience of planning system functionality and planning parameters (ideally JDE and SAP)- Effective communication and presentation
- High sense of urgency, adaptable to meet rapidly changing
- Excellent collaborator, strong on
- Analytical, structured and solution oriented working approach
